Beautiful work. I like the lettering (it's very clear to read!). The coloring of the bird is black but you blended in some lighter tones which really makes a good contrast.

It is actually all Sumi-e ink with some areas thinner than others to allow a less opaque value in it, thus creating the variations and sense of texture. Thanks for noticing!

Beautiful work with the shading-- the crow has great tension.

(And extra love for spending the time to shape the feathers-- most people don't look at birds close enough to notice the unique shapes of each type.)
